Welcome to Unfollow Radar. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Unfollow Radar website, web application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by Alberto Fernández-Palacios Aquino ("we", "us", "our"), registered at 18 Church View, Cabra - Glasnevin, Dublin County, Ireland.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Your account & ZIP uploads

  1. You may use the Service without creating an account.
  2. When you upload an Instagram ZIP you confirm that:
    • the file relates to an account you own or have lawful authority to analyse;
    • the file does not contain malicious code; and
    • you have read and consent to the processing described in the Privacy Policy.
  3. You remain solely responsible for the content of the ZIP file and any results generated from it.

4. Licence to you

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.

5. Intellectual property

All software, text, graphics, and trademarks on the Service (excluding your data) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written consent.

6. Fees & payments

  1. Basic use of the Service is free up to the limits published on the pricing page.
  2. Paid plans are billed via Stripe Payments. All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  3. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; no refunds are given for partial billing periods unless required by law.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • reverse-engineer or scrape the Service;
  • use automated systems to overload our servers;
  • violate applicable laws or third-party rights;
  • upload files you are not authorised to process.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or create risk for other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the results are accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed €100 or the amount you paid in the past 12 months, whichever is greater. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the Service and take effect 14 days after posting. Your continued use after that time constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Irish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
